Non-Refundable Policy for STEM Kits

Thank you for purchasing our STEM kits. Each kit is carefully curated, quality-checked, and contains unique educational materials and consumable components. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. Non-Returnable Items

• Due to the nature of our products (including perishable chemicals, single-use experiment supplies, and printed materials), returns and refunds cannot be accepted once the kit has been shipped.
  
  

2. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, we will gladly replace the affected parts at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  
  

3. Safety & Usage

• Kits are intended for educational use under adult supervision. We are not responsible for misuse or accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions.
